
Today marks an exciting milestone as the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame (ACBHOF) proudly announces the twenty distinguished honorees selected for induction into its esteemed Hall of Fame. The highly anticipated 9th Annual Awards & Induction Weekend is set to take place from Friday, September 26th to Sunday, September 28th, 2025, at the renowned Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. This event not only celebrates boxing legends but also reinforces Atlantic City’s reputation as a historic hub for the sport.
Meet the 2025 Induction Class of Boxing Legends
FIGHTERS: The remarkable group of fighters being honored this year includes Julian Jackson, Steve Collins, Charles Brewer, Junior Jones, Charles Murray, Curtis Parker, and Patrick Majewski. Each of these athletes has left an indelible mark on the sport, showcasing incredible skill and tenacity throughout their careers, making them worthy of this prestigious recognition.
SPECIAL CONTRIBUTORS: The Hall of Fame also recognizes significant contributions from Sean O’Grady {Boxing Analyst/Fighter}, Tommy Brooks {Trainer}, Joe Cortez {Referee}, Jolene Mizzone {Matchmaker/Manager}, Bernie Dillon {Casino Executive}, Jeff Jowett {Media}, and Nick Tiberi Sr. {Matchmaker}. Their commitment and expertise have been vital in shaping the boxing landscape.
POSTHUMOUSLY: Honoring those who have passed, the Hall of Fame pays tribute to Bert Cooper {Fighter}, Rocky Lockridge {Fighter}, Teddy Mann {Fighter}, and Cash White {Trainer}. Their legacies continue to inspire new generations of boxers and fans alike.
PIONEERS: The Hall of Fame also celebrates Young Gene Buffalo {Fighter} and Bob Botto {Manager}, acknowledging their pioneering roles in the sport and their lasting impact on the boxing community.
