Waddle, who was sidelined during last week’s victory against the San Francisco 49ers, returned to practice on a limited basis on Thursday and Friday after suffering an injury during the game against the Houston Texans on December 15.

“I feel solid. It’s always great to be back out there with the team and practice,” Waddle shared on Friday. “I won’t lie; I’ve never experienced anything like this before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was just praying for the best outcome.” His determination and positive mindset are crucial as the Dolphins aim to maintain their momentum.

Before his injury, Waddle was a force to be reckoned with, successfully connecting on 21 of 25 targets for an impressive 296 yards and a touchdown over three weeks. “I feel good,” Waddle mentioned when asked about his readiness to play. “Though they’ve limited my participation a bit, I managed to push through most of the drills. They wanted me to take it easy in certain areas. There’s always a chance for my return, always a glimmer of hope.” His resilience and focus on recovery are vital as the Dolphins approach their next game.
