“No matter where the fight goes—whether standing or on the ground—I’m going to perform at my best. They’re the ones who are going to lose sleep over it,” Aldo stressed. “Listen, I want this. You want this. The media wants this. All the fans want me to be me, and they want me to go out there and fight.”
“I don’t care about my opponent. I don’t care what they can do,” Aldo concluded with undeviating willpower. “I was pissed off about the last fight because we go out there, we deliver, we train, we work hard, and we know our abilities. We’re going to take the fight to people. That’s what I’m here for.”
