Official: Barcelona starting lineup against Royal Antwerp

Barcelona are set to host Royal Antwerp for the first round of the 2023/24 Champions League group stages, hoping to continue their winning streak.

They will be looking to qualify for the Round of 16 this time after two consecutive relegations to the Europa League.

Xavi has made two changes to the starting lineup that overcame Real Betis 5-0 on the weekend.

The back four remains untouched, with Joao Cancelo and Alejandro Balde forming the full-back pairing on the right and left, respectively.

Jules Kounde and Andreas Christensen retain their spots over Inigo Martinez to screen Marc-Andre ter Stegen in goal.

Oriol Romeu has been benched in favour of Ilkay Gundogan, with Frenkie de Jong starting as the defensive midfielder. Gavi rounds off the trident.

Raphinha returns to the XI for the first time since La Liga Matchday 1, starting on the right wing, while Joao Felix continues as the left winger after a dream first start for the club.

Robert Lewandowski spearheads the team as the sole no. 9.
