The famous previous WWE champ Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is making an amazing shift to MIXED MARTIAL ARTS with his function in The Smashing Machine, a fascinating movie that dives deep into the life of previous UFC fighter Mark Kerr.

The extremely expected main poster was revealed on Monday, showcasing Johnson with a rather entertaining hairdo that includes a touch of humor to his character.

“The Rock will truly shine in this role; he will absolutely nail it,” UFC CEO Dana White revealed with self-confidence in an interview with Collider. “I am fully aware of how serious he is about this project, the caliber of professionals he’s collaborating with, and the immense effort he’s putting into this film. This could be The Rock’s chance to earn an Oscar nomination.”

However, it appears that White may not have actually existed at a few of the less-than-stellar screenings that happened back in March.

Directed by the gifted Benny Safdie, The Smashing Machine includes an excellent cast, consisting of Emily Blunt playing Dawn Staples, heavyweight boxing champ Oleksandr Usyk as Igor Vovchanchyn, and previous Bellator two-division titleholder Ryan Bader depicting Mark Coleman.
